Support contract managers by preparing, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating routine and complex contracts, ensuring execution and upload to the contract database, tracking expirations/renewals, and maintaining contract data and linkage to purchase orders.

Lead system-wide operational initiatives, manage project teams, oversee budgets and communications, and run ongoing programs to support physician/APP leadership development, wellbeing, and process improvement.

Provide strategic oversight and enterprise-level configuration of UKG Workforce Management. Architect complex configurations, establish standards, advise leadership, lead major releases, coach analysts, and serve as SME for audits, governance, reporting, pay policies, scheduling, and attestation.
