Leads strategic sourcing initiatives, including supplier research, RFP/RFQ/RFI development, proposal evaluation, competitive bidding, contract negotiations, and third-party risk management. Partners with cross-functional teams, executives, Legal, and risk teams to select suppliers and achieve savings. Analyzes procurement trends, recommends cost-reduction opportunities, prepares sourcing documentation, and ensures compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements.

Underwrite and monitor commercial credit transactions within the Asset Based Lending group. Responsibilities include financial statement analysis, risk rating, cash flow and collateral modeling, covenant monitoring, portfolio surveillance, loan structuring, credit policy compliance, and identifying emerging risks. Partners with relationship managers throughout the credit lifecycle, presents analyses to credit committees, supports transaction execution, manages client interactions, and helps train junior analysts.

Assess and manage credit risk for commercial clients by underwriting new loans and modifications, performing financial statement analysis and modeling, monitoring portfolios via continuous credit monitoring, partnering with relationship managers, ensuring credit policy and regulatory compliance, preparing credit memos and risk ratings, and supporting transaction structuring and committee presentations.
