Executes risk-based compliance testing for lending activities across mortgage, consumer, commercial, and business banking. Responsibilities include assessing controls, planning and performing substantive testing, documenting test scripts, evaluating exceptions, reviewing findings, maintaining regulatory knowledge, and communicating results to management. The role also supports risk assessments, special projects, audit remediation, and junior team members while exercising independent judgment under minimal supervision.

Performs commercial credit underwriting, financial analysis, risk rating, portfolio monitoring, covenant assessment, financial modeling, and credit recommendations. Reviews financial statements, tax returns, collateral, industry data, and credit reports; identifies emerging risks and policy issues; supports relationship managers; presents analyses to credit committees; and ensures compliance with regulatory and internal controls.

Serves as the office’s first point of contact by managing reception, visitor access, meeting room schedules, room readiness, hospitality, deliveries, supplies, onboarding logistics, and office events. Supports executives, clients, vendors, and employees while maintaining a professional workplace environment and compliance with visitor and building security procedures.
