Lead integrative analysis of spatial and single-nucleus multi-omics from neurodegenerative patients to evaluate therapeutic hypotheses, discover biomarkers, build predictive causal models, and support translational strategies. Develop and deploy analytic workflows, collaborate with AI/ML teams and experimental/clinical colleagues, communicate results, and contribute to publications and program decision-making.

Apply atomistic molecular modeling and molecular dynamics to support drug substance and formulation development (antibodies, small molecules, peptides, biologics). Develop predictive science, data-analysis and visualization workflows, build dashboards/reports, lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional scientists, and publish/present research to influence digital strategy and pipeline decisions.

Lead biologics data engineering as domain owner: design and govern scalable pipelines ingesting experimental and process data, enforce metadata/ontology standards, deliver analysis-ready datasets, build scientist-facing dashboards, mentor engineers, and influence DSCS digital data strategy to enable modeling, optimization, and cross-site manufacturing analytics.
