Lead and grow a data engineering team to build scalable pipelines, harmonized data models, ontologies, and reusable data products for laboratory and manufacturing data. Define engineering standards, metadata, lineage, and governance; partner with scientists, data scientists, and IT to enable AI/ML, digital twins, and self-service governed scientific data. Drive strategy, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery across Digital Insights and DDT.

Lead global regulatory strategy for cardiovascular metabolic programs as Global Regulatory Lead. Manage cross-functional regulatory teams, interact with FDA and other agencies, review and approve submissions/protocols, oversee lifecycle regulatory activities, and support due diligence and labeling optimization to accelerate approvals.
