Lead compliance with NERC CIP and ISA/IEC 62443, integrate networked field devices, develop system diagrams and cybersecurity assessments, model communication systems, and resolve performance issues. Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams on power, healthcare, and industrial projects, support proposals and growth initiatives, and mentor engineers. The role requires at least five years of I&C experience and includes 20–30% project-related travel.

Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from initiation through closeout while applying first-principles analysis to complex industrial and nuclear systems. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, technical solution development, review of engineering deliverables, project scope and budget management, risk mitigation, client communication, proposal support, and coordination across engineering disciplines. The role requires at least four years of relevant engineering and technical project management experience, with travel of 10–20% as needed.
