Leads electrical power system analysis and design projects, including load flow, short circuit, protective coordination, transient stability, failure investigations, and regulatory compliance. Specifies, evaluates, tests, procures, installs, and commissions excitation and voltage regulation systems. Mentors engineers, coordinates with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and manages technically diverse projects involving utilities, nuclear, renewable energy, transmission, distribution, and industrial facilities.

Develop firmware and low-level software for connected embedded systems and microcontrollers. Build time-critical embedded control software, integrate hardware and software, optimize memory and performance, and support higher-level applications interfacing with embedded devices. Collaborate with hardware and engineering teams on debugging, hardware bring-up, sensor integration, and reliable production solutions.

Design, configure, commission, test, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial control systems and network communications architectures. Lead compliance with NERC CIP and ISA/IEC 62443, integrate networked field devices, develop system diagrams and cybersecurity assessments, model communication systems, and resolve performance issues. Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams on power, healthcare, and industrial projects, support proposals and growth initiatives, and mentor engineers. The role requires at least five years of I&C experience and includes 20–30% project-related travel.
