Design and operate scalable systems across compute, networking, DNS, identity, and data centers; drive migrations, automation, monitoring, incident response, and performance improvements. Collaborate across IT, SRE, security, and service-owner teams, provide technical direction, mentor engineers, and maintain operational documentation. Remain hands-on while influencing architecture and standards across multiple teams.

Lead data science for Mozilla’s advertising business by identifying high-impact opportunities, owning complex analyses, developing measurement and experimentation frameworks, analyzing revenue and performance, and translating findings into recommendations for technical partners and executives. Partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and leadership to support business decisions in a fast-moving environment while balancing analytical rigor, pragmatism, and user privacy.

Leads the architecture, reliability, scaling, and evolution of hybrid-cloud, data center, networking, and workplace infrastructure. Designs and implements complex systems, drives migrations and automation, improves monitoring and operational practices, participates in incident analysis, and provides technical direction across teams. The role remains hands-on while mentoring engineers, documenting systems, and establishing infrastructure standards.
