Oversee recruiting and people operations across two agencies. Manage full-cycle recruiting, passive candidate sourcing, hiring processes, ATS reporting, multi-state compliance, policy and handbook development, leave and accommodation administration, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, performance cycles, engagement surveys, and DEI initiatives. Partner with leaders and hiring managers while improving HR processes, supporting organizational change, and ensuring equitable, compliant employee experiences.

Manage client relationships and coordinate social-first marketing campaigns across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include project timelines, internal status meetings, budgets, scopes of work, vendor contracts, campaign strategy, creative and influencer initiatives, performance reporting, and identifying workflow bottlenecks. The role serves as a primary client contact while supporting strategic recommendations and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.

Senior account leader responsible for vision, client relationships, growth, and team building across a social-first agency. Drive new business, standardize client service models, lead high-stakes client engagements, integrate AI into account operations, and travel regularly to support clients and teams.
