Lead and grow Motorq's Forward Deployed Engineering presales team, own the end-to-end technical presales motion, engage in strategic deals, build presales playbooks, evangelize the platform, and feed customer insights into product and engineering while representing Motorq externally.

Lead recruitment, enablement, and commercial activation of reseller channel partners (TSPs and DSPs). Build channel playbook, design pricing/incentives, co-sell with partners, track pipeline and partner health, and align cross-functional teams to drive measurable channel revenue.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales to acquire net-new logos across emerging sectors. Prospect, develop account strategies, navigate complex negotiations, close high-value deals, and partner with Customer Success and Engineering for smooth handoffs and lasting ROI. Maintain disciplined CRM forecasting and pipeline management.
