Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts through consultative upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and complex expansion sales. Build executive relationships, lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles, conduct presentations and demonstrations, maintain CRM pipeline forecasts, and meet revenue targets. Collaborate with client engagement, product, marketing, and revenue operations teams while identifying account risks and opportunities. Mentor junior team members and improve sales processes.

Leads Mosai’s revenue marketing strategy, demand generation, digital and performance marketing, account-based marketing, website optimization, marketing operations, and pipeline analytics. Owns the marketing technology stack, budget, campaign performance, compliance, and reporting. Partners with Sales, Revenue Operations, Growth, Content, and Product Marketing while building and managing employees, agencies, and contractors to generate qualified pipeline and revenue.

Owns Mosai’s content strategy, editorial roadmap, thought leadership, social presence, and video production across the buyer journey. Develops written and multimedia content, partners with marketing, product, sales, customer success, and executives, manages freelancers and agencies, applies SEO and AI-assisted optimization, and measures content impact on audience growth, demand, pipeline, and revenue. The role requires strong editorial judgment, healthcare or complex-industry communications experience, and occasional travel.
