Partners with Sales, Revenue Operations, Growth, Content, and Product Marketing while building and managing employees, agencies, and contractors to generate qualified pipeline and revenue.

Owns Mosai’s content strategy, editorial roadmap, thought leadership, social presence, and video production across the buyer journey. Develops written and multimedia content, partners with marketing, product, sales, customer success, and executives, manages freelancers and agencies, applies SEO and AI-assisted optimization, and measures content impact on audience growth, demand, pipeline, and revenue. The role requires strong editorial judgment, healthcare or complex-industry communications experience, and occasional travel.

Lead enterprise AI adoption by developing rollout plans, training programs, workflow playbooks, automation use cases, tool governance, acceptable-use policies, and risk controls. Measure adoption and business outcomes, manage an AI champions network, supervise a team, and partner with Security, Legal, Compliance, IT, Procurement, Product, and Engineering. The role focuses on safe, practical AI use across healthcare operations while addressing PHI, retention, vendor data use, HIPAA, and SOC 2 requirements.

Leads and scales technical and application support for enterprise healthcare SaaS customers. Owns Tier 2 escalations, clinical data integrations, application issue resolution, root cause analysis, and support performance metrics. Manages a technical support team and partners with Customer Experience, Product, Data Science, and Engineering to resolve complex issues, improve workflows, and inform product enhancements.

Owns growth marketing across existing customers and strategic partners. Develops customer segmentation, cross-sell and upsell campaigns, expansion playbooks, EHR co-marketing programs, partner lead generation, and pipeline attribution. Collaborates with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Content, and Revenue Marketing teams. Uses CRM, marketing automation, campaign, and product data to optimize conversion, measure expansion revenue, increase multi-product adoption, and generate qualified customer and partner opportunities.

Build and release Mosai’s iOS and Android mobile application using React Native, Expo, and TypeScript. Own user interfaces, application state, API integrations, local storage, offline workflows, synchronization, testing, and releases. Contribute to Swift and Kotlin code, use AI-assisted development tools responsibly, and collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and backend engineering to deliver reliable mobile experiences for home-based care teams.

Leads SMB and mid-market sales strategy, teams, pipeline generation, forecasting, renewals, and revenue growth. Partners with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and Client Engagement to improve positioning, sales processes, enablement, and performance. Oversees Account Executives, Account Managers, and related sales functions while recruiting and developing talent, supporting strategic deals, and reporting performance to executive leadership.

Leads Mosai’s marketing strategy, demand generation, branding, campaigns, competitive positioning, advertising, events, and corporate messaging. Oversees marketing budgets, collateral, campaign metrics, ROI analysis, and department policies. Identifies new markets, generates sales pipeline, and manages marketing personnel, including hiring and performance actions. Requires strong leadership, communication, creative, and analytical skills, with occasional travel and availability for nights, weekends, or on-call work.
