Lead large, complex enterprise programs linking strategy to execution. Structure, plan, and manage multiple workstreams, track risks and OKRs, drive issue resolution, align cross-functional business and IT teams, deliver roadmaps and communications, build PMO standards, and mentor other PMO resources.

Support institutional sales team with pipeline reporting, CRM (Salesforce) maintenance, meeting and roadshow preparation, investor due diligence visits, prospect profiling, materials production, and process improvements to drive new sales within defined territories.

The Lead Solution Manager will define solution vision and intent, work on solution design, execution, and collaborate with technology stakeholders to manage delivery and lead teams.
