Reconcile client portfolios against custody records, investigate and resolve trade, currency, and corporate action discrepancies, maintain client records, prepare reports, document procedures, analyze risk, and support process improvements. The role requires managing large Excel datasets, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, meeting strict deadlines, and leading innovation initiatives in a high-volume financial services environment.

Develops and executes intermediary channel marketing strategies for asset management distribution channels, including broker-dealers, wirehouses, banks, and RIAs. Creates campaigns across digital, email, content, social, and events; coordinates with sales, product marketing, creative, legal, compliance, and production teams; manages deliverables and stakeholders; and establishes KPI frameworks to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness.

Supports emerging markets trading across sovereign and corporate bonds, foreign exchange, derivatives, and related instruments. Monitors trade lifecycles from order generation through settlement and reconciliation, coordinates with traders, portfolio managers, custodians, brokers, and counterparties, and resolves trading or settlement issues. The role also supports market access, account onboarding, process improvements, and development of expertise in portfolio construction, risk management, and global investment operations.
