Manages personal injury case files from intake through closure under attorney supervision. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, attorneys, insurance carriers, and medical providers; ordering medical records; obtaining liability and injury documentation; maintaining organized files; preparing settlement demands and correspondence; and presenting case synopses. Requires strong organization, communication, writing, multitasking, computer, and database skills.

Supports attorneys with legal and administrative tasks, including scheduling hearings and deadlines, organizing case files and evidence, maintaining pleadings and discovery indexes, drafting and proofreading legal documents, researching laws and regulations, managing billing, and coordinating with clients and witnesses. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, litigation-document knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases.
