Manage a book of low- to mid-touch SaaS accounts, lead enterprise onboarding and training, drive platform adoption, monitor customer health, identify at-risk accounts, support renewals and expansions, and communicate customer insights to Product, Support, and Sales teams. The role requires relationship management, metrics tracking, process improvement, troubleshooting, and customer advocacy.

The AI Architect will modernize AI infrastructure, leading design and implementation of scalable AI capabilities, guiding enterprise architecture, and supporting cross-functional teams in AI adoption.

The Account Manager will grow existing enterprise accounts, drive client adoption of solutions, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for maximum client value.
