Lead Salesforce development and integrations across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Design and review Apex, Visualforce, LWC/Aura, optimize SOQL and bulk processing, manage CI/CD and version control, enforce security/compliance (HIPAA, SOC2), implement test automation, and coordinate releases and environment deployments while collaborating with admins, stakeholders, and other IT teams.

Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable ML models (batch and real-time), build end-to-end MLOps pipelines (versioning, CI/CD, containerization, monitoring), analyze large healthcare datasets, bridge research-to-production gaps, present solutions to stakeholders, mentor ML engineers, and apply best practices for model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining.

Lead enterprise change management strategy and capability building across project, program, and portfolio levels. Design training, communications, governance, and tools, partner with executive leaders, influence stakeholders, and monitor post-implementation outcomes to minimize disruption and sustain behavioral change.
