Serve as the strategic compensation partner for Sales, advising senior leaders on offers, equity, leveling, promotions, retention, benchmarking, and compensation cycles. Analyze market and internal data, support incentive-plan governance and modeling, lead competitive intelligence, improve compensation programs, manage strategic projects, and develop manager enablement materials. Partner closely with Finance, Sales Operations, Recruiting, Legal, and HR while presenting recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Serve as the dedicated compensation partner for the Customer organization, advising senior leaders on offers, equity, leveling, promotions, retention, and compensation cycles. Lead market benchmarking, incentive-plan analysis, budgeting, competitive intelligence, pay-structure development, and compensation tool implementation. Partner with Finance, Recruiting, Sales Operations, Legal, and HR while developing manager enablement and compensation training materials.

Design, architect, build, and deliver core identity and access management services for MongoDB Atlas. Lead complex technical projects from specification through delivery, improve engineering practices and code quality, define priorities, and mentor team members. The role focuses on authentication, authorization, backend systems, and secure customer-facing IAM features while supporting FedRAMP requirements.
