Owns post-implementation relationships for Tier 1 enterprise clients, driving onboarding, adoption, client health, value realization, retention, and renewal readiness. Leads executive business reviews, manages success plans and account data, coordinates cross-functional teams, monitors GRR and NPS, and shares client insights with internal leadership. The role also develops scalable customer success playbooks and partners with Account Management on account strategy and growth.

Implements Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Cobalt solutions for member-based organizations. Responsibilities include requirements discovery, business analysis, no-code configuration, documentation, quality assurance, data migration, client guidance, and project delivery management. The consultant manages multiple implementations, maintains client relationships, and translates business processes into effective software configurations.

Manage client event projects throughout the full lifecycle, including requirements analysis, software configuration, troubleshooting, training, implementation support, and scope management. Partner with account management and internal teams to monitor client health, identify expansion opportunities, and improve project management processes. The role supports multiple clients simultaneously and requires strong organization, communication, customer service, and technical business analysis skills.
