The Platform Product Manager will develop strategy and oversee the execution of a Conversation Intelligence Platform, focusing on APIs and integration experiences for developers and enterprises.

Design, train, evaluate, and deploy production-quality machine learning models for conversational voice intelligence. Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to run experiments, improve model performance and reliability, operationalize ML systems, monitor production models, mentor teammates, and contribute to technical strategy and applied research.

Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs for a conversation intelligence platform. Collaborate on architecture, ship greenfield and production systems, maintain reliability and performance, debug production issues, mentor engineers, and contribute to frontend work when needed to deliver end-to-end product experiences.
