The role involves optimizing hardware support within a software stack for AI model deployment, collaborating with teams and hardware vendors to enhance performance and portability across platforms.

Maintain and improve developer workflows and core platform systems: CI/distributed CI, build/release packaging, regression tracking automation, and developer tooling. Support developers across languages and systems, keep CI healthy and responsive, package releases, and build tools to reduce developer pain points while collaborating with engineering and product teams.

Lead a team of backend engineers to build cloud inference services on Kubernetes, focusing on operational excellence, incident response, and engineering best practices.
