Leads government affairs and public affairs strategy across approximately 12 Northeastern states. Represents the company before legislatures, governors’ offices, Medicaid agencies, and regulators; manages lobbying and stakeholder relationships; monitors policy, procurement, and reimbursement developments; prepares testimony and executive briefings; coordinates advocacy, coalition, and political engagement; and partners cross-functionally to support contracts, compliance, operations, and business objectives.

Architect and deliver complex distributed systems using Azure cloud-native technologies, microservices, APIs, and event-driven patterns. Lead architecture reviews, reliability initiatives, performance optimization, incident response, and root-cause analysis. Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools while maintaining security and code quality. Collaborate across engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teams, and mentor engineers on technical design, development practices, and AI-enabled workflows.

Supports compensation program administration, salary surveys, market pricing, reporting, audits, and compensation transactions. Assists with merit, promotion, and incentive planning cycles; maintains compensation data across Workday, ADP, PayFactors, and related systems; conducts wage audits; validates pay and incentive records; prepares documentation and analyses; and collaborates with HR, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, and business stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support compliant compensation operations.
