Lead government affairs strategy across multiple states, representing the company before state leaders, managing advocacy efforts, and collaborating with internal teams on policy developments.

Handles inbound and outbound customer communications to secure the return of rental equipment, resolve inquiries and complaints, update records, document interactions, and escalate unresolved issues. The role also supports client retention, converts customers to private pay when applicable, identifies root causes, recommends process improvements, and meets productivity and quality goals.

Supports the Legal Department by drafting, reviewing, revising, and coordinating commercial contracts and related legal documents. Performs first-level contract review, identifies non-standard provisions, researches contractual and regulatory issues, prepares redlines and summaries, and coordinates with attorneys and business stakeholders. Maintains contract records, workflows, renewals, templates, and clause libraries in contract management systems while responding to internal process questions and supporting efficiency initiatives.
