Leads the software engineering organization supporting biotechnology research and CMC Development. Establishes engineering standards, operating models, portfolio practices, and talent development programs while overseeing full-stack applications, integrations, cloud architecture, reliability, security, and scalability. Partners with Product Management, Digital functions, and scientific stakeholders to translate complex research workflows into effective digital solutions. Requires extensive software engineering and leadership experience, including substantial biotechnology or biopharmaceutical experience.

Lead enterprise FP&A activities including consolidated budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance analysis. Partner with commercial, R&D, CMC, and G&A leaders to deliver management reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations, support month-end close, labor/benefits forecasting, scenario modeling, and process/tool improvements to enhance accuracy and scalability.

Supports oncology Phase 1–3 clinical development programs by overseeing clinical trial delivery, data quality, study start-up, safety monitoring, site performance, data analysis, regulatory documentation, and inspection readiness. Partners with Clinical Study Leads, Clinical Operations, Safety, Pharmacovigilance, and external vendors to execute studies and prepare protocols, informed consent documents, DSURs, Investigator Brochures, INDs, and marketing applications.
