Provides comprehensive administrative and scheduling support to multiple executives, including calendar management, meeting and event coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, communications, and special projects. Maintains confidentiality, anticipates executive needs, resolves scheduling challenges, supports Board and Executive Committee interactions, and covers administrative responsibilities for colleagues. Requires strong organization, professionalism, discretion, communication, and Microsoft Office expertise.

Develop comprehensive financial plans covering cash flow, tax, investments, retirement, estate planning, executive compensation, and risk management. Build and maintain strong client relationships, lead review meetings, explain planning scenarios, and update strategies after major life events. Collaborate with investment specialists, manage portfolio rebalancing and tax-loss harvesting, and support organic growth through referrals and business development.

Lead and review complex individual, fiduciary, partnership, and corporate tax returns; advise high-net-worth clients and financial advisors on tax planning, projections, and tax-efficient investment strategies; mentor tax staff and ensure compliance and accuracy of tax filings.
