The Product Designer will collaborate with the Lead Designer to create end-to-end product features, intuitive workflows, dashboards, analytics interfaces, and data visualizations. Responsibilities include product discovery, user-centered problem solving, design-system contribution, and presenting design rationale to stakeholders. The role requires a strong portfolio, professional product design experience, and demonstrated interest in analytics and reporting interfaces.

Own the architecture and reliability of a mobile-first crypto trading and social platform. Build the data layer, rewards and accounting systems, notifications, APIs, trading integrations, cross-chain balance abstraction, resilient caching, and high-performance data delivery. Ensure idempotency, replay safety, PostgreSQL optimization, graceful degradation, and continuous uptime during extreme market volatility. Work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment while scaling infrastructure from zero to massive trading volumes.

Designs, codes, deploys, and operates quantitative DeFi vault strategies across lending, yield aggregation, structured products, RWAs, and other protocols. Responsibilities include strategy research, backtesting, optimization, risk modeling, protocol due diligence, onchain execution, monitoring, incident response, and production ownership. The role partners on launches and participates in on-call coverage for live strategies managing customer capital.

Build and own the company’s enterprise risk management and information security functions. Lead SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance, security policies, ISMS development, incident response, business continuity and disaster recovery exercises, vendor and audit management, partner security due diligence, and security awareness training. Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, business development, and operations to maintain an audit-ready security posture.

Lead design and implementation of high-performance agent runtimes, backend services, and self-hosted model/agent infrastructure. Build low-latency execution systems, real-time data pipelines, telemetry loops, CI/CD for zero-downtime deployments, and ensure fleet reliability on AWS/EKS.
