Designs, integrates, verifies, tests, commissions, and troubleshoots Communication-Based Train Control railway signaling systems. Develops requirements, architectures, interfaces, integration plans, and technical documentation; manages data and database programming; supports CBTC hardware and software modifications; integrates wayside, vehicle, and signaling subsystems; provides customer presentations, technical guidance, and issue resolution. The role is hybrid in New York City with on-site commissioning responsibilities.

Manages regional sales for electrical power hardware and services while overseeing related customer projects. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, closing deals, negotiating contracts, maintaining customer and vendor relationships, forecasting revenue, planning project schedules and budgets, coordinating installations and field service activities, managing risks and deliverables, and reporting project status. Requires strong knowledge of electrical power and power quality products, negotiation, communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Develop and secure technical sales opportunities for power transformers and substation equipment. Build relationships with utilities, EPCs, consultants, manufacturers, and suppliers; prepare technical and commercial proposals; support pricing, negotiations, and customer presentations; define customized transformer and substation solutions; collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and international teams; mentor sales engineers; and create technical marketing materials to expand market share.
