Build and operate intelligent agent systems on an AWS-native GenAI platform. Implement AI-enabled features and RAG/agent workflows, design and deploy small services, maintain CI/CD, participate in on-call support, contribute to design reviews, mentor junior AI engineers, and collaborate with product, data, and platform teams.

Provide timely phone and ticket-based support to law firm contacts, resolve and escalate complex issues, manage data entry and inbox tasks, use Zendesk/CRM and AI tools, prioritize workload, cross-train team members, and support departmental projects and initiatives.

Identify and qualify inbound and outbound B2B prospects, perform high-volume outreach, research target accounts, schedule meetings for Account Executives, manage pipeline in Salesforce, and participate in training and coaching to progress into an Account Executive role.
