Manage and grow a portfolio of national strategic accounts ($1M+), build cross-functional relationships, negotiate and oversee national contracts, identify new business opportunities in target industries, ensure timely solution delivery, and represent the company at industry events while tracking market trends and coordinating intercompany activities.

Train and perform basic machining tasks, read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, inspect parts for quality, troubleshoot equipment, maintain a clean safe work area, and work overtime as needed while progressing to advanced machining duties.
