The role also contributes to congress strategy, KPIs, vendor coordination, and cross-functional marketing execution, with approximately 65% domestic travel.

Develop and execute territory and account strategies for Mirum’s liver portfolio and rare cholestatic liver diseases. Build relationships with healthcare professionals, health systems, specialty centers, referral networks, and care teams. Communicate clinical and product information, support appropriate treatment consideration and patient persistence, navigate access barriers, and execute compliant promotional activities. Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, Marketing, and Analytics while delivering territory performance and actionable field insights.

Manages a territory and strategic healthcare accounts for a rare-disease liver portfolio. Develops account and territory plans, builds relationships with hepatology and gastroenterology stakeholders, communicates complex clinical information, supports patient access and services, identifies referral opportunities, and drives compliant treatment consideration and persistence. Collaborates cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, Marketing, Analytics, and other teams while delivering business results and field insights.
