Lead regional commercial launch execution for a specialty pharmaceutical product across Louisiana, Alabama, and Florida. Recruit, coach, and manage 8–12 territory managers; drive sales performance, market access, customer engagement, forecasting, CRM utilization, compliance, and regional business planning. Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training, Operations, and HR to support launch readiness and product uptake. Extensive travel within the region is required.

Leads Mineralys Therapeutics’ enterprise corporate communications strategy during its transition to commercial operations. Oversees corporate narrative, public relations, media, crisis communications, brand, digital presence, internal communications, launch communications, and investor relations support. Builds the communications function, advises executives, manages agencies, and ensures compliance with SEC, FDA, and other regulations while developing the team and infrastructure for long-term growth.

Lead territory launch and growth for a new hypertension therapy by educating HCPs, building relationships, executing territory business plans, driving product adoption, meeting sales goals, maintaining CRM and reporting, collaborating cross-functionally, and supporting patient access and compliant customer engagement.
