Supports and optimizes Workday and other HR technology platforms, develops reports, dashboards, metrics, and workforce analytics, and maintains HR data quality, governance, security, and reporting accuracy. Provides functional troubleshooting, documentation, user guidance, compliance reporting, audits, and recommendations that improve workforce outcomes and HR effectiveness.

Lead territory launch and growth for Mineralys’ first commercial product by educating HCPs, building relationships, driving product adoption, meeting sales goals, maintaining CRM records, collaborating cross-functionally, and supporting access and compliance. Requires travel within territory and strong clinical and sales acumen.

The Virtual Territory Manager will promote lorundrostat to cardiologists, nephrologists, and primary care providers through phone, video, and approved digital channels. Responsibilities include covering open territories, engaging remote and low-access healthcare providers, supporting field Territory Managers, executing virtual sales plans, communicating clinical data, achieving sales goals, maintaining CRM records, and complying with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies. The role requires up to 10% travel for training and meetings.
