Build and maintain secure, scalable backend systems for Mindbody products. Design microservices, write tested and maintainable code, monitor applications, participate in reviews, and collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams. The description also includes leadership responsibilities such as managing backend development teams, coaching managers and engineers, establishing delivery processes, and driving technical and organizational improvement.

Manage and grow an existing SMB customer portfolio through consultative outreach, upselling, product demonstrations, and solution-based selling. The role owns a Salesforce pipeline, forecasts revenue, meets monthly targets, drives adoption of marketing and retention products, minimizes churn, and communicates with customers from initial outreach through executive presentations.

Manage strategic retention conversations for high-value SaaS accounts at risk of cancellation. Own customer re-engagement from discovery through resolution, collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, CX, and Implementation, and recommend solutions that reinforce product value. Track interactions and outcomes in Salesforce, identify trends, meet retention goals, and navigate complex customer discussions with strong communication, problem-solving, forecasting, and technical understanding.
