Serve as strategic finance partner to global Marketing: lead monthly/quarterly close, budget vs actual reporting, headcount and product P&L management, develop SaaS GTM metrics (CAC, pipeline coverage, ROI), produce executive materials, maintain budget models and rolling forecasts, and mentor junior analysts.

Manage a high-volume SMB and mid-market customer portfolio, driving Mimecast product adoption, onboarding, feature enablement, and measurable security outcomes. Monitor customer health and usage data to identify risks, lead value reviews, deliver best-practice sessions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate escalations. Build customer relationships, maintain CRM records, and partner with Account and Sales teams on expansion, cross-sell, and advocacy opportunities.

The Cloud Partner Manager will drive revenue growth through hyperscaler marketplaces, manage business plans, and maintain strategic partnerships with cloud providers to enhance market presence and achieve sales targets.
