Leads product and platform strategy for healthcare analytics serving accountable care organizations and risk-bearing providers. Responsibilities include client discovery, market and competitive research, roadmap development, investment prioritization, business cases, commercialization, pricing, go-to-market planning, and post-launch performance measurement. The role partners with product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, client services, and executives while serving as an ACO and provider analytics subject matter expert. It also identifies scalable platform capabilities and AI-enabled opportunities.

Serve as primary contact for enterprise payer clients, drive retention and revenue through upsell/renewals, lead executive engagements and QBRs, translate analytics needs into solutions, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure delivery and product enhancements, and advise clients on leveraging healthcare analytics for strategic decisions.

Serve as primary client contact from implementation through production, managing tickets, data refreshes, system updates, and SLAs. Provide analytical support, translate healthcare data into actionable insights, coordinate with US and offshore engineering teams, drive adoption and client outcomes, and ensure data quality, security, and client satisfaction.
