Provides consultative sales and design guidance to clients in a premium Herman Miller retail showroom. Responsibilities include personalized consultations, product demonstrations, tailored space solutions, lead follow-up, A&D community collaboration, visual merchandising, order management, and transaction processing. Requires client-facing sales or design experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and design/rendering tools, physical ability to move items over 40 pounds, and weekend and holiday availability.

Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) to meet business requirements. Integrate internal/external services, follow Salesforce best practices and governor limits, document solutions, support Product Owners, and collaborate with stakeholders and the Salesforce team. Maintain CI/CD/DevOps practices and enhance user experience.
