Own end-to-end biweekly payroll processing across multiple entities and states, including pay inputs, tax withholding, garnishments, equity transactions, audits, reconciliations, and compliance. Administer payroll systems, validate data and configurations, produce reports, maintain records and audit trails, and support employees with payroll inquiries. Partner with HR, Finance, People Operations, Legal, and Stock Administration to improve scalable payroll processes and ensure accurate, compliant pay delivery.

Lead Midi Health’s commercial sales organization across payer and employer sales, alliances, client success, and sales operations. Own commercial strategy, revenue growth, retention, forecasting, pipeline rigor, and team development. Build scalable go-to-market capabilities, manage complex enterprise partnerships, engage senior healthcare stakeholders, and report performance to executive leadership and the board.
