Supports corporate and regulatory legal operations across multiple states, including entity management, regulatory filings, registered agent oversight, corporate governance, equity administration, and finance coordination. Maintains compliance calendars, capitalization records, legal documentation, and audit materials while coordinating with Finance, Clinical Operations, outside counsel, and service providers. The role also supports board matters, financings, tax filings, legal spend, and healthcare regulatory applications.

Own national employer sales for Midi Health, driving pipeline, executive relationships, complex sales cycles, contracting, and revenue growth. Build relationships with employers, brokers, consultants, and health plans while managing forecasting and CRM hygiene in HubSpot. Develop consultative sales strategies, close employer healthcare benefits deals, and contribute market insights to improve the employer sales playbook.

Lead Midi Health’s commercial sales organization across payer and employer sales, alliances, client success, and sales operations. Own commercial strategy, revenue growth, retention, forecasting, pipeline rigor, and team development. Build scalable go-to-market capabilities, manage complex enterprise partnerships, engage senior healthcare stakeholders, and report performance to executive leadership and the board.
