Leads Microsoft Advertising’s Sales Compensation Solutions team and owns compensation plan design, segmentation, sales planning, quota and payout execution, governance, and role excellence. Advises senior leaders on sales investments and strategy, builds high-performing teams, aligns cross-functional partners, and advances AI-enabled sales planning operations, automation, and process simplification.

Serve as primary client contact for Microsoft Advertising accounts: proactively manage account health, solicit feedback, recommend optimizations and upsells, educate clients on platform and strategy, collaborate with internal partners, and use CRM and reporting tools to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.

12-week in-person research internship at Microsoft Research NYC on self-improving AI systems. Work with mentors and peers on language modeling and reinforcement learning research, present findings, and contribute to projects. Applicants must submit references, a cover letter, and work samples.
