Leads store sales and service operations, coaches team members, drives sales and customer experience KPIs, ensures SOP and brand compliance, oversees POS, fulfillment, loyalty, protection plans, framing, events, and specialty shop operations. Provides Manager-on-Duty coverage, develops employees, supports asset protection, and maintains efficient execution across departments in a fast-paced retail environment.

Provides customer service, checkout assistance, rewards and credit enrollment support, omnichannel order fulfillment, truck unloading, stocking, planogram execution, merchandise recovery, store replenishment, and shrink and safety compliance. The role also supports custom framing sales and production and requires physical activity, including standing, lifting, bending, reaching, ladder use, and occasional outdoor work.
