Manage and deliver front-end store operations and customer experience, lead omnichannel and shrink/safety programs, train and coach team members, assist with cash reconciliation, inventory (RTV/ASN), events and onboarding, serve as Manager on Duty, support custom framing where applicable, and perform stocking/unloading and other retail duties.

Lead store operations to deliver sales, profit, inventory accuracy, merchandising, and excellent customer service. Manage and coach a retail team, execute inventory, shrink, safety, and omni-channel processes, and serve as Manager on Duty. Participate in truck unloads, visual merchandising, and performance management.
