Lead operational risk activities for Global Customer Service & Operations in South America. Maintain GRC data in OpenPages, execute risk assessments and control reviews, produce risk reporting, support issue identification and control metrics, partner with stakeholders and corporate functions, and evaluate AI tool opportunities to improve risk operations. Spanish fluency required.

Provide end-to-end customer support via phone and digital channels, resolving complex policy, coverage, billing, and service issues. Use AI-guided tools and CRM systems, validate AI-generated summaries, document interactions per privacy and regulatory rules, escalate when needed, and contribute to process improvements and ongoing training.

Lead strategic design and day-to-day delivery of Short-Term Disability and Absence Management claims for Jumbo Accounts (50k+ lives). Build and run a dedicated operating model, manage vendors/offshore teams, oversee performance, compliance, budgets (~$10M+), client relationships, and large implementations. Drive workforce planning, analytics/KPIs, continuous improvement, and talent development to ensure scalable, compliant, and client-centric claims operations.
