Remote three-month product management internship owning vision, roadmap, and prioritization for an integrated e-commerce and supply-chain SaaS platform. Coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct user research, define KPIs, run A/B tests, and productize AI agent/LLM capabilities. Focus areas include storefront conversion, WMS/OMS/MES features, multi-tenant JWT licensing, and go-to-market support. Mentored by Head of Product with potential conversion to paid full-time based on performance.

Perform load, stress, and endurance testing across e-commerce storefronts, internal SaaS tools, and AI agent services. Design test strategies, execute tests with tools like JMeter/Gatling, analyze observability metrics, identify bottlenecks in Node.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Redis, and integrate performance tests into CI/CD while collaborating with SRE and backend teams.
