The CI Engineer is responsible for improving CI infrastructure, resolving flaky tests, managing CI pipelines, and supporting the testing and release processes. They must proactively identify issues and communicate effectively with the engineering team.

The Technical Product Lead will collaborate with customers and engineering teams to shape product direction by defining problems, suggesting solutions, and improving user workflows in data-heavy environments.

Define positioning and messaging, drive product launches, build sales enablement, conduct competitive and customer research, partner with GTM teams on campaigns and storytelling, and represent the customer voice internally.
