Lead UX Designer will lead product design across member journeys and internal tools from discovery through prototypes, testing, and shipped experiences. Own and evolve the design system (responsive, accessibility, localization, dark mode), produce clear specs for AI agents and engineers, review shipped work, iterate from user feedback, and partner closely with engineers, customers, and stakeholders.

Lead reliability, observability, and resilience for cloud-based financial SaaS. Define SLOs/SLIs, design monitoring/tracing, own incident response and runbooks, build IaC and automation, implement AIOps, perform chaos and load testing, and write production-grade Python tooling while ensuring security and compliance.

Provide implementation and managed services for MeridianLink Admin Pro customers, configure and administer software, conduct system reviews, gather and validate business and API integration requirements, lead advisory sessions, manage ongoing client relationships, identify optimizations, and deliver consultative recommendations while adhering to SLAs and internal methodologies.
