The Software Engineer II will develop and maintain software products, design systems, ensure quality and security, and guide teams in software solutions.

Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and near-real-time data pipelines and data products using Databricks and Spark. Integrate internal/external sources, implement data models, ensure data quality, support BI (Sisense), CI/CD, and collaborate with analysts, scientists, and stakeholders to enable analytics and decision-making.

Lead the rollout of a pricing and packaging program for MeridianLink, overseeing annual updates and ongoing pricing evaluations while collaborating across teams to optimize revenue and minimize customer loss.
