Designs, develops, debugs, and implements applications to solve complex business problems. Leads full SDLC activities including requirements analysis, data modeling, coding, unit/integration/acceptance testing, system configuration, conversion and implementation planning, documentation, and user training. Works on data warehouse development, data profiling, and analysis using SQL, Oracle, IBM DataStage/Infosphere, Java (Spring), and Agile methodologies.

Provide remote outpatient neurology care (weekdays only, no call) within Mercy Virtual, collaborating with physician leadership and care teams to deliver patient-centered telehealth services and drive clinical excellence.

Lead finance consulting engagements for the health system: perform and frame financial analyses, work with complex data sets, advise executives and boards, manage projects to deadlines, preserve confidentiality, communicate complex ideas clearly, and travel as project needs dictate.
