Own the AIS product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, metrics, and delivery for insurance services. Partner with engineering, UX, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to launch products, define requirements, manage risks, and improve customer and operational outcomes. The role also develops go-to-market plans, informs decisions through research and data, mentors junior product managers, and aligns product investments with organizational objectives.

Leads product strategy, research, development, pricing, and implementation for homeowners and landlord insurance products. Oversees research plans, statistical analysis, competitor and market insights, product governance, portfolio prioritization, training, and performance monitoring. Manages and develops R&D teams while coordinating with actuarial, underwriting, sales, claims, and other stakeholders to implement product enhancements, improve processes, and support profitable growth.

Design, develop, test, review, and maintain medium-complexity software systems. Translate product requirements into scalable, secure, modular, and maintainable applications; provide application support; participate in design and code reviews; and mentor less experienced engineers. The role requires programming expertise, knowledge of data structures, algorithms, databases, caching, and strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
