Supports client service requests, researches and resolves client concerns, maintains client information in a CRM, completes administrative tasks, and assists with special projects. The intern works with local and centralized teams, follows compliance and risk procedures, ensures documentation requirements are met, and contributes to a positive client experience. This is a 10-week, full-time, in-office internship focused on professional development, mentorship, and financial services experience.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to multiple senior executives. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel coordination, executive communications, confidential information management, meeting and event planning, reports and presentations, office process improvement, and cross-functional special projects. The role requires strong judgment, organization, discretion, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Leads the Platform organization’s roadmap planning, agile development process, project execution, intake and prioritization frameworks, budget and resource tracking, metrics, and cross-functional coordination. Acts as a strategic partner to the Chief Platform Officer, driving accountability, surfacing risks, resolving blockers, and providing executive-facing reporting across product, engineering, data, finance, legal, compliance, and other central functions.
