Own and improve the seller experience for US sellers selling in Latin America. Resolve cross-border operational issues across account management, IT, product, and shipping teams. Design and automate manual workflows, establish KPIs, and build dashboards that improve visibility into seller processes and reduce manual intervention.

Build and manage commercial relationships with key sellers, analyze customer performance and needs, identify growth opportunities, collaborate on end-to-end solutions, and develop strategies for Mercado Libre’s cross-border model. Define and track portfolio performance metrics and deliver business reviews while supporting seller growth and competitiveness.

Leads daily fulfillment operations, ensuring safe and accurate order processing, SLA compliance, and timely dispatch. Resolves order and data discrepancies, creates performance reports, identifies operational improvements, and manages KPIs. Coaches and develops a team of up to 30 employees while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture in a distribution or fulfillment center.
