Troubleshoot complex hardware, OS, network, and application issues; manage inbound/outbound calls; document resolutions in CRM; perform remote maintenance and software upgrades; contribute to knowledgebase; and drive customer satisfaction through timely problem resolution and cross-team escalation.

Lead strategy and execution for partnerships to accelerate product innovation, revenue, and market reach. Build and scale partner portfolio, negotiate complex deals, operationalize integrations, drive partner-sourced revenue, influence product roadmap, and represent Micromedex externally.

As a Senior Curam Technical Consultant, you will deliver project implementations, create technical designs, resolve issues, and establish client partnerships. You will also develop and maintain Curam extensions and configurations within a JEE environment, ensuring successful delivery of social service solutions.
