Translate coaching methodology into product, run discovery and user research, partner with engineering and design, support coaching operations, engage HR buyers, and leverage AI tools to augment coaching while driving team processes and execution.

Build and run Mentos growth experimentation engine for a sales-led GTM. Design, run, and scale experiments across channels (SEO, paid, email, ABM, events, partners), own conversion paths and growth operations (HubSpot, enrichment, automation), partner with Sales and Product Marketing, and optimize funnel and pipeline metrics through data-driven testing and AI-enabled tooling.
