Processes and records settlements involving complex fee divisions, expenses, liens, and referral fees. Maintains IOLTA account reporting, tracks case lines of credit, reviews invoices, processes reimbursements, deposits and issues checks, and records firm operating costs in QuickBooks. Collaborates with Finance management and financial institutions to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
