Own multi-year roadmaps, portfolio delivery, governance, stakeholder engagement, talent development, vendor/financial management, and drive adoption of modern data and AI capabilities to deliver measurable business value.

Support global regulatory strategy and submissions for Class II surgical robotics devices across the product lifecycle. Prepare and coordinate regulatory documentation, assess impact of design and labeling changes, support agency submissions (U.S./EU and international), review promotional materials, and maintain technical documentation. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Clinical, Manufacturing, and Marketing to ensure compliance and guide regulatory decisions.

Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of software systems supporting manufacturing operations. Define system and database architecture, capture user requirements, implement automated/standardized processes, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive continuous improvement to ensure product quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
