Partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategy and programs including talent management, performance coaching, employee relations, workforce planning, and change management. Advise on policies, support recruitment and retention initiatives, and drive people-related projects to achieve business goals.

Support Service Delivery, Operations and Leadership on Workers Compensation and Automobile fee schedule compliance. Investigate cases in Salesforce, identify automation gaps, perform state audits, track and report case metrics, and engage implementation analysts for issues.

Serve as operational lead for the Chief Product Officer, translating strategy into execution, managing cross-functional program and product operations, building roadmaps, governance, executive communications, and driving accountability for major product launches and transformation initiatives.
