Supports corporate counsel, legal, privacy, compliance, and licensure teams through legal research, case review, document preparation, contract and records management, deadline tracking, and internal client coordination. Maintains legal systems, templates, corporate records, certifications, and reports while assisting with contracts, partnerships, sponsorships, and other corporate matters. The role requires strong organization, problem-solving, writing, business-process analysis, and attention to detail.

Manages healthcare client relationships and serves as the primary clinical contact for assigned PBM accounts. Implements and optimizes clinical programs, advises clients on formulary management and drug utilization, analyzes clinical performance and cost savings data, prepares reports, ensures regulatory compliance, and coordinates with sales, operations, account management, and clinical teams. Requires a current pharmacist license and occasional domestic travel.
