Lead monitoring center vendor relationships and operational performance, establish SLAs and SOPs, analyze metrics, drive continuous improvement, and build a Quality Assurance function to monitor, evaluate, coach, and implement quality technologies across Member Experience.

Remote, commission-based sales role handling inbound/outbound calls to convert leads into subscribers. Use provided laptops/headsets and tools (Salesforce, Five9, Microsoft apps) to document activity, meet sales targets, and complete at least 75 calls per 8.5-hour shift. Must reside in specified states, complete background/drug screening, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Paid training provided.
