Supports legal teams and business operations by gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing processes, designing workflows, evaluating solutions, and measuring usability. Collaborates with IT and stakeholders on estimates, project planning, communications, training, and change management. Uses AI tools to accelerate requirements gathering, prototyping, process analysis, and documentation while validating outputs. Presents findings and prototypes to technical and non-technical audiences and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency through AI.

Lead creative vision and delivery for McDermott events from intimate gatherings to 2,000+ attendee signature events. Design immersive physical and digital experiences, oversee digital assets and on-site branding, manage creative workflows and timelines, brief and direct internal designers and external vendors, and ensure cohesive, on-brand execution on time and on budget.

Build and deploy applied AI solutions for legal and business workflows. Partner with attorneys and operational leaders to identify use cases, design AI applications, orchestrate agentic workflows, engineer prompts, integrate solutions with enterprise systems and APIs, validate outcomes with stakeholders, document delivery, and monitor emerging AI technologies. The role requires software solution delivery experience, hands-on AI building, prompt engineering, API integration, cloud knowledge, and strong communication skills.
